All new computers purchased from Crestline Computer Solutions include the Crestline Basic Configuration Package. Crestline will supply your new computers or servers with a fully installed updated operating system and all optional hardware components like extra memory, hard drives, removable media drives, modems and network interface cards. Included in the purchase price, this package is ideal for customers who have the time, and in-house expertise to install purchased and previously owned software, as well as set up network connections and transfer existing user files and email accounts.

Ready to Run

For a modest fee, the Ready-to-Run Configuration Package provides all the features of the Basic package and adds the pre-installation of all newly purchased software, such as anti-virus software, backup software, and Microsoft Office. Also designed for customers with the in-house expertise to perform all other network and internet set up tasks, this package reduces the time required to get your new computers up and running in your business setting.

The Ready to Work Configuration Package is a complete service that takes all the worry and complexity out of integrating new purchases with your existing computer network. It can reduce the industry average 3 days time it takes for employees to customize their computers by up to 90 percent.

Plus, all user preferences, files and e-mail will be transferred to the new computers.
